- This is a blog about my life as a Type 1 Diabetic. I was diagnose at age 9. I was on the Medtronic Insulin Pump for a solid decade but in the past two years have made the decision to go off of it in favor or humulog and lantus injections. Let it be noted that I am not a very good diabetic and actually sometimes I ignore that I am a diabetic all together...but for the most part I really do try my best. Above all else I hope that this blog is honest.
